Bookings & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Xindies Amazing Hands LLC. The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Xindies Amazing Hands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit secures your event date, reserves planning time, and may be used toward preliminary work and vendor coordination.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event date with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days' written notice prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests made less than twenty-one (21) days before the event will not be accepted.
Cancellations
All cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for any payments made.
Client No-Shows & Late Changes
Failure to appear, last-minute changes, or inability to proceed with the event on the scheduled date will be treated as a cancellation, and all payments made will be retained.
Force Majeure / Emergencies
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party's control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions), rescheduling may be considered at Xindies Amazing Hands LLC's sole discretion. Deposits will remain non-refundable.
Scope of Policy
This policy applies exclusively to catering events, parties, and wedding planning services and does not apply to other services offered.
