Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services provided by Xindies Amazing Hands LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Xindies Amazing Hands LLC offers catering, hair braiding and styling, event coordination, wedding coordination, private sitting, childcare, and home organizing services.
2. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable 40% deposit to secure your date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 14+ days before the event — 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Within 7 days of the event — No refund will be issued.
- Our Cancellations — Full refund of all amounts paid if we must cancel.
4. Payment
The remaining balance (60%) is due no later than 48 hours prior to your event. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
